Happiness in the Park has become HAPPINESS INDOORS.
Sunday, October 6th we will meet at Sushumnā Healing Space to start our indoors practice of MMQG: Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong for a couple of hours, from 10:00 to 12:00.
This will be our first meeting in the new location, so come join us to celebrate!
The practice will change format: it will become a course where you will learn how to properly make use of your energy to release stress and to get a healthier, happier life.
Bring with you a notebook if you want to take notes.
